Ingredients

  • 1 package 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 ½ cups milk whole or 2% – you can also use half and half if you prefer
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 pre-made angel food cake 14 ounces, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 can 21 ounces cherry pie filling
  • 1 tub 8 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding with the milk and sour cream and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Set aside to thicken for 5 minutes.
