Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 can of undrained crushed pineapple
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
Icing:
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 stick of butter softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cake and mix until well blended.
- Pour the batter into a 9×13 inch baking dish that has been greased.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is browned and the cake is cooked through.
